Return & Exchange Acceptance Conditions
OKAB NUTRITION customers may request returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to meeting the following criteria:
- Original Seal & Packaging: Product must remain in its original factory packaging with inner and outer security seals completely intact.
- Unused Condition: Product must never have been opened, sampled, or consumed.
- Barcode & Batch ID: Barcode, expiration date, and lot/batch code must be clear and undamaged.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide your digital order confirmation number or physical invoice.
Health & Safety Exclusions (Opened Containers)
If you are uncertain about flavor choices, consult our nutrition coaching team via WhatsApp or AI Assistant before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (100% Free Replacement)
In the rare event of an operational error or transit damage:

A replacement item is immediately dispatched with pickup of the incorrect item in the same courier visit.
